The Red course here – it is considered marginally better than the Blue – is a fabulous mix of six par 3s, six par 4s and six par 5s. The short par-4 6th – a dog-leg right – is rightly revered while the short holes, of varying lengths, are all fabulous at a venue which hosts one of the key amateur events on the calendar, The Berkshire Trophy.
