A fine course which flies so far under the radar as to be touching the treetops – which is an apt analogy given Blackwell is dominated by mature woodland. Laid out by Tom Simpson, it begins with a slightly blind shot and incorporates several dog-legs. It is, though, generally a straightforward parkland course.
