At one time, this Surrey course is said to have had over 300 bunkers as Harry Colt dropped traps all over his creation. There are less than a third now, and although it measures under 6,400 yards it retains enough challenge to be more than merely pleasant – the 1st and 2nd total more than 900 yards between them.
