Serious stuff at the 13th oldest club in the world; play poorly at Scotscraig and you will run up some big scores by virtue of the trees, heather and bunkers on this heathland-woodland-links hybrid. A short drive inland from St Andrews, alongside Ladybank it offers a nice alternative to the region’s seaside fare.
