It begins in terrific fashion with some really top-class links holes – such as the 2nd with out of bounds hard up the right and gorse on the opposite side of a rollercoaster fairway – which wouldn’t be out of place 40 places higher in this list. A tad weaker thereafter, but still a hugely-impressive affair.
