Haggs Castle Golf Club was formed in 1910 in the Pollock Estate in Glasgow, but during the 1990s its course was remodelled by Dave Thomas on account of the new M77. It is set in the enormous Pollok Country Park and in the 1980s hosted four European Tour events, each one won by a Ryder Cup player – Langer, Brown, Clark and Feherty.
