With 14 degrees of bounce, some would expect the Nike SV wedge to look ugly and be aimed at those who have problems escaping sand. Don’t you believe it! Our test pro put this up there among his favourite wedges, and it has a subtly designed head with clean lines and a pearlescent finish that looks good in the bag.

The Nike SV performed well across the board, nipping the golf ball cleanly from any lie and flighting it on a slightly lower, penetrating trajectory. Shorter shots from sand, rough and fairway saw it generate plenty of spin and feel. A very impressive new club.

Tour look and specification, fell-enhancing carbon steel, CNC milled face for more predicable shots, U/V grooves for optimal spin.

    Heavier than most wedges which helps on pitch and chip shots. Loads of spin,great feel and it looks great. If you have trouble with wedges get 1!!

    great off the fairway and a lot more spin and stop than my regular wedge
