TECH TALK: An external weight pad is centrally located in the rear sole to lower the CG and help players hit the ball higher with lower spin. The shaft’s CG has been placed closer to the grip end of the club to help players swing a slightly heavier head just as fast as a lighter one for more power transfer to the ball.
