KBS have launched their brand-new KBS MAX HL shafts, the first high-launch, high-spin graphite wood shafts, specifically aimed at golfers with slower swing speeds to help them get the ball in the air and travel farther, resulting in increased distance.

Unlike the traditional way KBS fit shafts using the flex barometer, the MAX HL wood shafts are intended to be fitted to golfers using average swing speed measurements.

To make it easier for fitters and golfers to find the perfect KBS MAX HL wood shaft, KBS have outlined which of the three weights will best suit certain swing speeds.

• 45G: 73-80 MPH swing speed
• 42G: 65-72 MPH
• 40G: 65 MPH and below
