Pilsner Urquell gives golfers a virtual crack at Turnberry
Published: Last updated:
To celebrate and raise awareness of its status as the Official Beer of The Open Championship, Pilsner Urquell is launching its very own ‘19th Hole’ events.
The free outdoor events are open to everyone and will see golfers enjoy a virtual round at this year’s Open Championship venue, Turnberry, while enjoying a free pint of Pilsner Urquell.
They will also have the chance to practice their putting on a four-hole putting green, test their golfing knowledge with a quiz and have their picture taken with the coveted Claret Jug*.
The events are taking place at two locations in London:
Parsons Green: Saturday 30th 12-8pm and Sunday 31st May 12-7pm
Broadgate Arena: Wednesday 3rd & Thursday 4th June 12-9pm. Friday 5th June 12-8pm
*Photographs with the Claret Jug are only available at Parsons Green.
Golfers can also enter a competition where prizes include a VIP trip to this year’s Open Championship at Turnberry, a full set of Callaway golf clubs and, of course, cases of Pilsner Urquell.
