Most of us we can’t get enough of golf as it is, and with the emergence of podcasts it’s never been easier to love the game. Podcasts have blasted onto the scene in recent times and everyone is getting in on the act from professional golfers to YouTube stars and huge media franchises and, as you’ll see below, plenty of them are doing an unbelievable job.
With golf changing faster than any of us could have predicted, podcasts about the game are bringing a new lease of life to the sport and giving us a new and entertaining way to consume our daily dose. Whether you are after a lighthearted chat between golfers, want to improve your game or just keep up to date with all the latest tour news and technology these podcasts offer it all.

Beef’s Golf Club Podcast
The new kid on the block, Beef’s Golf Club only turned on the mics in September 2022 and have a 5 out of 5 rating on Apple podcasts! Tour star Andrew ‘Beef’ Johnston is joined by comedian, Today’s Golfer columnist and golf fanatic John Robins are a breath of fresh air as they create the dream golf club with the help of the members (listeners).
Tour star Tony Finau, Ryder Cup captain Luke Donald, iconic caddie Billy Foster, cricket legend Jimmy Anderson, comedian Tom Davis and Big Bang Theory star Kunal Nayyar have already visited the club to share some hilarious stories and set some of the rules and commandments.
There will be a new themed episode every week, covering everything from clubhouses to bunkers, and, as you’d expect with its hosts, it is absolutely hilarious. Beef brings an abundance of stories from his life on Tour, while John shares tales from his attempts to reach single figures.

Me and My Golf Podcast
YouTube sensations and TG regulars Andy Proudman and Piers Ward bring their coaching expertise to the audio world. As well as improving your games, the English pair have welcomed some of the world’s best players, including Collin Morikawa and Ian Poulter, and some of the biggest coaches, such as Pete Cowen.
This podcast is going to help keep up to date with the latest trends and news in the world of golf, but they also discuss mindset and performance with the players and coaches they have on giving the listener great tips to tackle their own games. The Rick Shiels Golf Show Podcast
Golf’s No.1 YouTube star has transferred his talents to the world of podcasts alongside co-host Guy Charnock, with the pair discussing the happenings in the professional game, issues impacting amateurs, and welcoming a host of big names, from Adam Scott and Bryson DeChambeau, to David Canon and Robbie Williams.

Chasing Scratch- A Golf Podcast
“Two guys. One goal. Zero chance.” That’s the sell as American friends Mike and Eli as the two 40-somethings go on a hilarious and informative journey attempting anything and everything to get down from their 11 handicaps to scratch.
It’s a helluva challenge for two working men with wives and kids to take on, but it is hugely entertaining to listen to their journey, and their songs about shanks and use of old movie quotes make for a lot of laughs. No Laying Up- Golf Podcast
With more than 600 episodes you’ll do well to catch up, but the NLU pod is absolute gold with hosts Chris Solomon, Neil Schuster, Big Randy and Tron Carter never shying away from a topic.

The Fire Pit Podcast

Get a Grip With Shane Bacon Podcast
Originally launched by broadcaster Shane Bacon and PGA Tour star Max Homa, Bacon now goes it alone with the Presidents Cup star occasionally guesting.

The Stripe Show Podcast
After several years on Golf Channel hosting “On the range” and “Morning drive”, Stripe shows host Travis Fulton is emerging as one of the leading teaching voices in golf. Life On Tour Golf Podcast
Taking a break from the PGA Tour, which features heavily in many of the best golf podcasts, Life On Tour delves into the goings on and personalities on the DP World Tour, formerly the European Tour.
Hosted by Ewan Porter, Life on Tour introduces you to some familiar and not so familiar faces of the tour. The likes of Ian Poulter, Patrick Reed and Justin Rose are joined by some DP World Tour mainstays like Ryan Fox, Richie Ramsay and Richard Bland to discuss their journeys to the top and the difficulties they have faced to get there.
The latest episode was a particularly interesting listen with Ramsay explaining his rise to winning the US Amateur in 2006 at Hazeltine, which saw him qualify for the 2007 Majors. The Scotsman’s tales of playing the opening two rounds with Tiger Woods and Geoff Ogilvy are particularly funny, especially his story about a putter, Tiger and a Portaloo.

The fastest growing golf YouTube group, Good Good are a group of single-figure and scratch American golfers whose podcast talks everything golf and social media.
For those of you looking for a more light-hearted golf podcast Garrett, Stephen, Matt, Luke, Bubby, Grant and Micah provide the perfect offering, focusing less on the topical stuff and more on their own games, lives and adventures filming content for the channel.
If you’re one of the one million-plus subscribers to the boys’ YouTube channel then you will certainly be a fan of this podcast. And if you’ve never heard of them, where have you been?!
Son Of A Butch Podcast
Affording a lesson with one of the world’s best coaches is unrealistic for most of us, but now Claude Harmon, the man who helped Brooks Koepka and Dustin Johnson to Major victories and World No.1 is sharing his vast knowledge via his fantastic podcast.
The PGA tour coach talks everything golf with big-name guests, including Masters champion Trevor Immelman, Asian Tour CEO Cho Minn Thant and father (arguably greatest coach of all time) Butch Harmon.
