Having been one of golf’s most satisfying comeback stories, he is a hot property in the professional game. But who is Ben Griffin’s girlfriend?

For a man who not so long ago was filling out loan applications, Ben Griffin‘s rise is nothing short of inspirational. Having turned professional in 2018, after graduating from the University of North Carolina, where he had won three tournaments during his college golf tenure, Griffin began his career on the Canadian PGA Tour.

He secured his first professional victory that July, at the Staal Foundation Open, before turning his attention to the Korn Ferry Tour, alongside the Canadian, in 2019.

The period that followed was met with limited success, however, with his performances not enough to retain his membership. He then moved into the PGA Tour Latinoamérica for the Covid-defined 2020 season but again struggled to find consistent form as a professional.

It seemed like this two-time individual state championship winner would be unable to finally fulfill his childhood dream of making it to the PGA Tour, with Griffin stepping away from the game in 2021 to work as a loan officer for a mortgage group in his home state of North Carolina.

There’s more grit to Griffin than it may seem, though.

He returned to golf in 2022, solidifying his Korn Ferry Tour card via Q-School before going on to finish 8th on the KFT’s regular season points list to earn acceptance onto the PGA Tour.

His talent then started to shine, with a runner-up finish in 2024 helping to secure a second season on the tour before his maiden victory alongside Andrew Novak at the 2025 Zurich Classic of New Orleans.

The win secured a confidence in his game that then pushed him on to a seriously impressive three-week run, finishing T-8th at the PGA Championship, another title at the Charles Schwab Challenge (adding a vintage Land Rover Defender to his car collection in the process), and a 2nd place at The Memorial Tournament.

He topped off his 2025 season with an invitation from Keegan Bradley into the US Ryder Cup team for the competition at Bethpage’s Black course that September.

If you ask Griffin, though, he’ll attribute his fantastic play to a happy home life with his fiancée, Dana Myeroff. So who is the young phenom’s wife-to-be?

Who is Ben Griffin’s girlfriend and fiancée?

Having started dating in 2022, Dana Myeroff has been alongside Griffin for the biggest successes in his career.

Myeroff was raised in Chardon, Ohio, before attending Lehigh University in Pennsylvania, where she majored in business information systems and accounting. She graduated in 2019 and moved into a position with Ernest & Young, one of America’s biggest accounting firms.

Myeroff has since moved into a position with Evisort, a contract management software company, as of 2023.

She and the golfer have been engaged since July 2024, when Griffin secretly invited her friends and family to a getaway at The Cloister at Sea Island in Georgia before popping the question.

The couple have since purchased a home together in Jupiter, Florida, home to many other PGA Tour players and families.
