Core strength twists

The golf swing is very much a rotational movement where we turn around our core. These rotational muscles need to be conditioned regularly in order to help us build momentum in the backswing and turn it into raw power in the downswing.

This exercise from TG Elite Pro and Fitness expert Gareth Johnston is great for working on core strength while isolating the rotary muscles in out body’s core. Give it a try and add 10 yards to your drives!
