Apr5 Rose interview

Justin Rose will watch a bit of Little Britain and Ali G tomorrow before teeing off late and building on his Masters lead.
The Brit has one of the last tee times tomorrow afternoon, and he says he’ll watch a few DVDs and chill out before trying to better today’s bogey-free 69.
Rose only hit five greens in regulation today, but also notched up just 20 putts as his sensational short game saved him time and again.
He said: “I had a good control of my short game today – the trajectory, spin everything. I got up and down lots of times.”
He also talked about how the course is playing firmer and faster than it has in the last three years, saying: “I prefer the course to be like this – it asks you the tough questions.”
This isn’t the first time Rose has lead in the Masters – in 2004 he was on top after two rounds, but an 81 on Saturday ruined any chance of becoming Britain’s first winner since Nick Faldo in 1996 and left him tied 22nd.
But the 26-year-old said: “I learnt a lot from that experience, and now I see it as a positive. I learned a lot about the course, about how to prepare, and about pacing yourself over four rounds.”
