World number 10 Sergio Garcia will line up in the Commercialbank Qatar Masters in Doha from January 25-28.
It will be the Spanish superstar’s first playing appearance in the state and is yet another major addition to a top-notch. Garcia joins world number five Retief Goosen and both are looking forward to tackling the 7,374-yard course at the Doha Golf Club.
Although Garcia has won a dozen titles across the world since turning professional in 1999, the 26 year-old is widely recognised for his exploits at The Ryder Cup. This year was no exception with Garcia playing a major role in Europe’s record-equalling win at Ireland’s K Club
The young Spanish star has also had six wins on the US PGA Tour and six on the PGA European Tour.
