THE DE VERE BELFY TEE TIME POLICY:
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your tee time and 45 minutes before a shotgun start.
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel we regret that deposits are neither non-refundable nor transferable. The credit/debit card will be charged the total value of your booking.

If the course is closed due to adverse weather conditions, you will be entitled to a full refund, a return voucher or transfer to an alternative date at the appropriate golf rate, subject to availability.
The Belfry reserves the right to make up a four-ball and/or pair up on the day of play.
During the winter season, our Golf Course & Estates Manager has taken the decision not to allow buggies on any of our courses.

There are NO exceptions to this ruling, including those players who hold a doctors certificate. We also reserve the right to restrict the use of trolleys on our courses at any time, should weather conditions dictate.
Please ensure that the dress code is followed to ensure an enjoyable visit to The De Vere Belfry:
Golf Shirts: Collared, turtleneck or shirts specifically designed for golf may be worn on the golf course. Round necked t-shirts and football shirts are not permitted on the golf course. Shirts must be tucked into trousers/shorts at all times.
Trousers: Tailored full-length trousers. Jeans, combat or three quarter length trousers are not permitted on the golf course.
Shorts – Bermuda length tailored shorts are permitted. White sports or trainer socks may be worn with shorts.
Footwear – Golf shoes must be worn on The Brabazon and PGA National courses. At the discretion of the Golf Duty Manager, suitable sports shoes may be worn on The Derby course.
