Former England cricket captain Alec Stewart is hoping England can polish off the West Indies and clinch the current Test series at Old Trafford today (mon). However, nowadays Alec can regularly be spotted wielding his golf clubs at various courses up and down the country though obviously not as successfully as he managed with a bat in his talented hands.
Mind you, he’s still a fairly dangerous customer playing off a 16 handicap at the many corporate and charity events he gets invited to play in. We caught up with him at the recent Stewart Golf Classic at the RAC Club in Surrey where he revealed his favourite golfing things…
