Cottonwood Hills golf community – an 18-hole golf course designed by Nick Faldo plus more than 600 homes – has opened in the US.
The first ‘Faldo Championship’ course in the Midwest opened to the public on Saturday. Six-time Major-winning Faldo says its rolling sand hills and tumbling dunes remind him of the great Scottish courses where the game originated.
“Our partnerships with Faldo Design and Marriott Golf have enabled us to build a state-of-the-art contemporary golf course that meets the needs of today’s golfer,” said course owner Lane Neville.
