A brand spanking new £750,000 indoor golf centre – The Golf Lounge – will tee-off on June 7 at its 6,000 sq ft Glasgow city centre venue.
The Golf Lounge is getting ready to swing open its doors for the first time and will enable golfers to play on over 50 of the world’s top courses – state-of-the-art golf simulators of course.
Visitors will be able to tee it up at legendary layouts like St Andrews Old Course, Turnberry, Valderrama and Pebble Beach. It’s the closest you can get to the real thing and the beauty of The Golf Lounge is its convenience – two or four-ball formats can even be played in a lunch hour while unfinished games can be saved and concluded on the next visit.
The Golf Lounge, complete with six custom-made simulators, bar, restaurant, golf shop and conference facilities is designed to appeal to all ages, individual golfers, plus the corporate market and families.
There will also be a golf academy headed up by current Scottish PGA Champion and 1999 Italian Open winner, Dean Robertson.
