Pavin to be Ryder Cup captain

Corey Pavin has been selected as the next U.S. captain in the Ryder Cup, according to reports in the USA.
Pavin is set to be revealed this morning in New York.
He won 15 times on the PGA Tour, including the 1995 U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills, during a career in which his grit, ball control and short game made up for his lack of power off the tee.
