Stuburt announce release of new Helium Tour shoe
Last updated:
Footwear and rainwear manufacturer Stuburt has released its latest offering for 2010 – the new Stuburt Helium Tour performance shoe.
The company, which was founded in 1870, says the new shoe is the most technologically advanced they have ever produced following input from tour professionals.
Ryder Cup players David Howell and Darren Clarke are both Stuburt ambassadors alongside European Tour player Peter Lawrie.
The shoe features a specially-engineered TPU (thermo plastic urethane) outsole, which boasts a unique combination stud pattern – three cleats in the heel and a new five-pattern in the forefoot.
The Helium Tour shoes also feature CHAMP’s new ICE cleat system and combined with Stuburt’s MST (Multi-stud Traction System), provides maximum stability and traction for the golf swing.
On sale from early 2010, the Helium Tour’s will retail at £89.99 and are available in four colour options – black, white/black/red, white/black/blue, black/black and white/black – in sizes 7-12 (including half sizes to 10.5) and come with Stuburt’s 12-month waterproof guarantee.
