John Letters of Scotland, the equipment brand with 92 years of clubmaking history, is delighted to announce their continued relationship with European Tour Professional Phillip Archer.
Having successfully made it through Q-School to earn his playing privileges on the European Tour, Archer will once again represent the great Scottish brand on tour in 2010.
Keen to collect his brand new equipment including the latest John Letters Tour Bag ahead of the new season, Archer commented: “I’m delighted to have teamed up with John Letters, it’s a recognised brand with fantastic heritage and has exciting development plans for the future.”
Archer joins a host of other tour professionals such as Fred Daly, Dai Rees, Gary Player, Lee Trevino, Sam Torrance, Cathy Panton, Bernard Gallacher and Paul Lawrie who all played and won with John Letters clubs on tour over the course of their 92 year history.
John Andrew, Managing Director of John Letters of Scotland Ltd, said: “It’s great for the John Letters brand to be associated with Phillip Archer and have a continued presence on the PGA European Tour. I wish Phillip every success for the future and hope with the exciting development plans we have for John Letters that this is only the start of things to come.”
With new investors into John Letters of Scotland Limited and a renewed enthusiasm to extend the brands appeal, UK Golf Distribution, the specialist golf distribution company, has been tasked with growing the brand globally which until now had only be available through leading golf retailer Direct Golf UK.
