Odyssey release Phil Mickelson’s putter

Phil Mickelson may be known as one of the best wedge players in the world, but he’s pretty handy with the short stick too and now Odyssey have launched a putter styled on Lefty’s famous blade.
The new Odyssey PT-82 ProType is styled on the model Mickelson used to win the Masters at Augusta this year.
The PT-82 is one for the purists. It’s a classic blade design and features a White Ice insert which has been fine-tuned to enhance sound, responsiveness and consistency.
The inner core of the insert is 19.6 per cent firmer than previous inserts to combat the softer feel of newer balls.
A milled tungsten insert has been positioned just behind the face to enhance feel and move some weight towards the back of the club.
As you’d expect, both right and left-handers are catered for with shaft lengths of 33in, 34in and 35in available.
