TaylorMade have announced the signing of American Jim Furyk, with the 16-time winner set to use a TaylorMade driver and Penta TP golf ball.
Furyk will also wear adidas footwear, which he has been doing since 2006.
“I’m thrilled to be joining the staff. From the innovation they continue to bring to golf equipment to the passion and expertise of their Tour reps, it’s no surprise that TaylorMade adidas Golf is committed to helping their players improve,” said Furyk.
The former US Open winner is coming off a stellar season in 2010, after recording victories at the Transitions Championship, Verizon Heritage and the season-ending Tour Championship. He also captured the FedEx Cup last year too.
Furyk will be putting the Penta TP ball into play at the Hyundai Tournament of Champions in Hawaii this week.
