Masters 2009 Round 3 Tee times
Last updated:
It was late into the night before the tee times for Saturday’s round at The 2009 Masters was announced.
The delay was thought to have been caused by deliberations over Rory McIlory’s actions in the bunker on the 18th hole at the end of his second round on Friday.
After failing to get out of the sand he seemed to kick the sand. It was later ruled that he was smoothing the sand out and so was not ‘testing’ the ground.
Once that had been decided the tee times were arranged.
There are some great pairings to look out for. Padraig Harringotn and Lee Westwood play together and will be trying to push each other to climb the leaderboard.
Graeme McDowell gets the Tiger treatment and you could see that group make a surge. And Geoff Ogilvy and Phil Mickelson pair up as they both try to make an impression on this Masters tournament on ‘moving Saturday’.
